They are looking for a Country Sales Manager to join the team and play a key role in our success in 2023 and beyond. The Country Sales Manager will develop and expand critical relationships as we launch new products and expand our services to customers and prospects worldwide. The successful candidate is accountable for growing revenue for the client’s portfolio within South Korea. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing the sales strategy and meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and delivering a strategic sales plan, managing a robust pipeline, and preparing accurate sales forecasts, new growth ideas and contingency plan to achieve the revenue targets
- Generating new business by prospecting, following up on inbound leads and outbound telephone calls to develop relationships with clients
- Partnering with internal support teams throughout the deal lifecycle, from scoping custom projects to managing client deliverables
- Provide product feedback and support in concept development for the market
- Presenting detailed sales proposals to potential clients via face-to-face and/or online product demonstrations
- Taking a consultative sales approach and own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Working collaboratively with Customer Success Team to ensure new clients are on-boarded smoothly
- Supporting the Head of Sales APAC in implementing the sales strategy
- Developing your understanding of product proposition, their competitors, and clients to enable maximised sales and revenue generation
- Conducting ongoing market and industry analysis
- Identifying marketplace trends and potential product development avenues to produce revenue growth
- Attendance at networking and marketing events, with a desire to expand your network within region and amplify the client’s brand within the market
- Some travel may be required
What we are looking for:
Essential
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a B2B sales role
- Selling solutions to multiple markets
- Positive Impact and Influence – able to manage internal and external relationships and adapt the approach as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Korean and English
- Analysis and Decision Making – can identify patterns in data, identify potential areas of focus and ability to make autonomous decisions on priorities on a day-to-day basis
